Joan Miro: The Ladder of Escape

Joan Miro: the ladder of escape is a special kind of painting. It had been able to taken the world by storm and it had been able to attract interest from all visitors to exhibitions where the painting is displayed. This simple write up wil give you some insight into this special exhibition of the artists work.
There was close to 150 pieces of the artists works on display all of which probably came stored using Vinyl Packaging. The exhibition held at the Tate Modern is a rare London retrospective. The title of the exhibition comes from a painting the artist did.
The painting was done in 1940. In actual fact, it is funny to behold. The landscape on the painting is chocolate in color. It shows the skyline bearing a hue of black. A ladder leaned against the black night. It gives one the impression that the ladder can be climbed into oblivion.
In the painting, a comet could be seen shooting across the painting. Something that looks like a dog is described on the ground. It stares defiantly at the moon in the dark sky and barks incessantly at it. What makes it look like a dog is the fact that it has jaws and paws.
The moon was painted in a rather special manner. It has this funny looking nose dabbed in red. Its heart too is painted; giving it this special lively look. Buying the painting will be one of the best decisions any collector can ever make.
