Be Creative
Well, with the signs of creativity that I posses, I honestly feel that I am an artist. I am not sure why people around me just find it difficult to digest. I feel you would not be able to make it out if it’s me or Bryan Adams singing if I would sing with the same music, like with Karaoke. But obviously people around me have their reasons for jealousy which I think is spoiling my creativity. One of the most important things for an artist is creativity. An artist with no creativity is just a copier. To be creative you do just need to think out of the box but one also needs to act out of the box and not like you would be locked in a storage unit. Which would bring in criticism many times, but once it’s good, there will be many who would come and say I always knew you had a talent. These kinds of people are the ones who could not do anything with their life and would not let anyone else do something special.
One of my favourite water colour artist David B. Goldstein always stresses the idea of being creative and in fact to be creative courageously. And creativity is not only for artist but by being creative you can also bring in new solution for technology, business productivity for the financial crisis. In fact I personally think that the financial depression has pushed people to think out of their box and not to depend solely on their jobs but to either become self employed or to partake in work opportunities from home. Being creative simply gives your mind the freedom to think and it also gives you the freedom to act. Most people that I know are creative, but only in their mind, but in actions they prefer to follow the age old practices, which off course give the age old results. You can’t do the same things and expect a different result, you have to innovate, you have to be creative.
